Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every new account gets $0.50 of credits, enough for a dozen keyword searches or a couple of domain overviews. The website audit and the extension's page report are free without an account.

What uses credits?

Only features that buy SEO data: keyword research, domain overviews, backlinks, rank tracking and AI visibility. Your projects, settings, website audits and anything already loaded don't use credits. Repeating the same lookup within a day is usually free, because results are cached.

What happens when I run out?

Nothing is charged automatically. Paid lookups stop with a message until your monthly credits renew or you buy a pack. You never get a surprise bill.

Do unused credits roll over?

The $10 included with Base renews each billing month and does not roll over. Credits you buy never expire.

Why is the price per lookup not fixed?

We pay our data provider, DataForSEO, per request, and the cost depends on how many results come back. We charge what the request actually cost plus 28%, and show every charge in your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, from Credits & billing in the app or from the extension. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid month.
