Questions
How long should a title be?
Usually 50–60 characters, or about 600 px. Put the main topic first and the brand last.
Will Google use my meta description?
Often, but not always: Google may pick text from the page that fits the query better. A clear, specific description raises the odds.
Does this affect AI Overviews?
AI Overviews quote the page itself. A direct first sentence under each heading helps there more than the description does.
